If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Randolph_square.

The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Randolph_square we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
