If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Fenwick_estates.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Fenwick_estates we can help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
