If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Eclipse.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Eclipse we will help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
