If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Courthouse_park.

The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Courthouse_park we will help determine the retail value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
