If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Chain_bridge_forest.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Chain_bridge_forest we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
