If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Cambridge_courts.

The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Cambridge_courts we will best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
