If your home requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Rosslyn_Hghts.
The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Rosslyn_Hghts we will nail down the actual value of your rental.
