If your property requires a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Lexington_Square.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Lexington_Square we can best know the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
