If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Eclipse.

The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Eclipse we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
