If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Carlton_Condominium.

The Realtor will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Carlton_Condominium we will help determine the retail value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
