If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in 1800_wilson_blvd_condominium.

The property manager will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in 1800_wilson_blvd_condominium we will nail down the actual value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
