If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Victorian Hills.

The property manager will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Victorian Hills we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
