If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Swann_daingerfield.

The Realtor will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property.
