Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Stonegate Mews.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Stonegate Mews we can best know the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
