If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Seminary Park.

The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Seminary Park we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
