If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Round House Square.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Round House Square we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
