If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Rosemont Braddock Heights.

The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home.
