If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Old_town_greens.

The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Old_town_greens we can best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
