If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Old Town Crescent.

The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Old Town Crescent we can best know the actual value of your home.
