Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Old Town Crescent.
The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.
