If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Lincolnia Heights.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment.
