If your home needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Lincoln Park.

The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Lincoln Park we will best know the actual value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
