If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Kings_highway.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Kings_highway we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
