We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Kings Hundred.
The property manager will inspect your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Kings Hundred we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
