If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Huntington.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Huntington we will best know the retail value of your home.
