If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Hume_springs.

The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Hume_springs we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
