If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Hearthstone.

The Realtor will take a look at your home and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Hearthstone we will best know the actual value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
