If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Elmwood Manor.

The Realtor will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Elmwood Manor we will nail down the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
