If your property requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Dyes_oakcrest.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Dyes_oakcrest we will help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
