If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Clover.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Clover we will nail down the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
