If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Stonegate.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Stonegate we can nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
