If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Prince_Street_Club.

The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Prince_Street_Club we can nail down the market value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
