If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Hearthstone.

The real estate agent will inspect your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Hearthstone we can best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
