If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Bulfinch_Square.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that could improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Bulfinch_Square we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
