• Do you have access to a network of maintenance people? Each property must have repairs. If your tenant emails for repairs will you know who to call and what to do in a prompt manner? Do you know which repairs are the real estate investor's responsibility and which repairs are a renter responsibility. If not, you may want to think about hiring a rental property manager.
