During the lease term in Minnieville Estates
During tenancy, the rental belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to go into a rental in Minnieville Estates, the tenant must allow us to go into the rental property. Some justifiable reasons to come into rental home are to:
- Inspect the rental home,
- Perform maintenance or decorate,
- Provide required services, or
- Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.
Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent before coming into the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental home without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate tenants in Minnieville Estates. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
