Tenancy

During tenancy, the rental property belongs to the tenant we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental property, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to go into a rental property in Stonewall Manor, the renter must allow us to access the rental home. Some good reasons to enter rental home are to:

• Inspect the rental home,
• Perform maintenance or alterations,
• Provide agreed services, or
• Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent prior to coming into the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate tenants in Stonewall Manor. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
