During the lease term in Lakeside

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to go into a rental home in Lakeside, the renter must allow us to access the rental. Some solid reasons to enter rental are to:

- Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate renters in Lakeside.
