During the lease term in Fairfax Park

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental home in Fairfax Park, the tenant must allow us to go into the rental. Some valid reasons to enter rental property are to:

- Supply necessary services, or
- Show the rental to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental home without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Fairfax Park.
