During the lease term in Mcnair Farms

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental home in Mcnair Farms, the tenant must allow us to come into the rental. Some good reasons to come into rental are to:

- Provide agreed services, or
- Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental property without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate tenants in Mcnair Farms. Nesbitt Realty will only come into at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
