Tenancy

During lease, the rental home belongs to the tenant we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental property, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental in Great Falls Heights, the renter must allow us to access the rental. Some good reasons to go into rental home are to:

• Inspect the rental home,
• Make repairs or alterations,
• Provide agreed services, or
• Show the rental to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent before entering the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental property without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate renters in Great Falls Heights. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
