During the lease term in Queens Gate

During tenancy, the rental belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to enter a rental home in Queens Gate, the renter must allow us to enter the rental home. Some valid reasons to access rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Perform maintenance or decorate,
  • Provide agreed services, or
  • Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain renter consent before coming into the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will come into the rental without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Queens Gate. Nesbitt Realty will only enter at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
