During the lease term in Clarendon_1021

If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to go into a rental home in Clarendon_1021, the renter must allow us to come into the rental. Some solid reasons to access rental home are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Make repairs or decorate,
  • Supply agreed services, or
  • Show the rental to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain tenant consent before entering the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental home without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate renters in Clarendon_1021. Nesbitt Realty will only come into at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
