During the lease term in Del Ray
During lease, the rental property belongs to the tenant we respect the tenant 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to go into a rental property in Del Ray, the tenant must allow us to access the rental. Some valid reasons to come into rental property are to:
- Inspect the rental home,
- Perform maintenance or decorate,
- Provide agreed services, or
- Show the rental to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.
Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the renter notice and obtain tenant consent before coming into the rental. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental home without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Del Ray. Nesbitt Realty will only come into at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
