Listed below you will find a list of each and every subdivision (or condo) with listings in West Falls Church. The list below is compiled from listings currently available today. The list below is refreshed throughout the day (and night) to make sure that Nesbitt Realty is supplying timely information which you may count on. The data collected below is taken directly from the Multiple Listing Service, so there are a few quirks to be aware of.
You might find a subdivision listed more than once.
Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condos) compiled below were all typed into the Multiple Listing Service by Realtors. Because humans entered the data, there will be spelling errors. Later, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction makes it appear that a listing has moved from one subdivision to another when actually the listing was updated.
Also, there may be some disagreement as to what exactly a particular community is called. If there is even one character of difference between a couple of entries this will be counted separately. Thus, when you really need to get a picture, you should look at all the variations of the subdivision's name. Case in point, Midtown condominiums in Fairfax County are by some people known as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a sign posted but the subdivision isn't found below."
Is there another name for this specific subdivision?
Naturally, for the reason stated above, try to you look for all typical variations of the spelling.
Is the listing for rent?
This tally does not cover rentals. Therefore, it may be that the sign you saw posted was for a rental. Also, this tally
only covers active listings in West Falls Church.
Is the property not yet active?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are some properties which have a sign posted that are not
active.
For instance, from time to time a sign is up because the property is
coming soon. A property that is in coming-soon status is not
yet available and not yet for sale. Only agents have access to information about properties that are coming-soon. And, the Multiple Listing Service does not allow us to include those properties in our tally. If you want to know about coming-soon listings in a specific community, you'll have to contact Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the property under-contract?
Furthermore, it happens that a listing is already
under contract when you spot the sign up. Under-contract notices don't go up the moment a property settles. In addition, from time to time that the Realtor is a little tardy with putting up the under-contract signs. Because of these reasons, you may see a sign up when a property is not available.
Do you want timely notices about listings from a particular neighborhood?

You can organize the list by number or alphabetically.
The arrows at the header below are useful for sorting the list. But even so, when you sort by number of active listings, just keep in mind the points above, because the count isn't always accurate. Of course, the data is still pretty accurate.
