If there is just one letter of difference between a couple of entries this will be counted as different communities. Thus, when you really want to get a picture, you have to consider all possible variations of the community's name. For example, Midtown condominiums in Alexandria are by some people known as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

As a matter of course, for the reason stated above, try to you watch out for all possible variations of the spelling.

Is the property for rent?

This tally does not cover rentals. So, it may be that the sign you saw posted was for a rental property. In addition, this tally exclusively covers listings on the market in Burke.

Is the property not yet active?

An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are quite a few listings which have a sign posted that are not active.
