Are you seeking listings in a specific neighborhood?

Below you will see a list of each and every subdivision (or condominium) with real estate on the market in Warren County. This list is compiled from active listings today. This list is refreshed often to ensure that we're supplying timely data which you may rely on. The information listed below is taken directly from the MLS database, so there are some quirks to be aware of.

You may spot a subdivision listed more than once.

Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condominium communities) listed below were all typed into the MLS database by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there may be spelling errors. Later, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a listing has been listed when really the spelling on a listing was changed.

Also, there may be some variation as to what exactly a specific subdivision is called. If there is even one letter of difference between a couple of entries this will be tallied separately. Hence, when you really need to get a count, you should look at all possible variations of the subdivision's name. For instance, Midtown condominiums in Alexandria are by some people entered in as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

"I saw a sign up but the subdivision isn't listed below."

Is there another way to spell this particular neighborhood?
Certainly, for the reason stated above, make sure you look for all typical variations of the name.
Is the listing for rent?
This tally does not include rentals. So, it may be that the sign you saw was for a rental. And, this tally only includes active listings in Warren County.
Is the property coming soon?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are quite a few properties that have a sign up that are not active. For example, sometimes a sign is posted because the property is coming soon. A listing that is in coming-soon status is not yet available and not yet for sale. Only agents can access to information about listings that are coming-soon. Furthermore, the Multiple Listing Service does not allow us to include those properties in our list. If you want to know about coming-soon real estate in a particular neighborhood, you'll have to reach out to Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the property under-contract?
And, from time to time that a listing is already sold when you see the for sale posted. Sold or under-contract notices don't go up immediately. Furthermore, sometimes that the Realtor is a little tardy with putting up the under-contract signs. Because of these reasons, it's possible to see a sign posted when a listing is not active.
