This list is updated every 15 minutes or so to ensure that we're supplying fresh tallies that you may count on. You may find a subdivision listed more than once.

Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condominium communities) found below were all typed into the Multiple Listing Service by Realtors. Because humans entered the data, there may be spelling errors. Of course sometimes, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a property has been listed when actually the error was corrected.

And, there may be some disagreement as to what exactly a particular neighborhood is named. If there is even one letter of difference between two entries this will be counted separately. So, if you really want to get a count, you should consider all possible variations of the subdivision's name. By way of illustration, Midtown condominiums near the Huntington Metro are sometimes entered in as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

Is there another name for this specific subdivision?

Certainly, for the reason stated above, make sure you double-check all possible variations of the spelling.

Is the listing for rent?

This list does not cover rentals. Hence, it may be that the sign you saw was for a rental. And, this list only covers active listings in Great Falls.

Is the property under-contract?

An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are quite a few listings that have a sign posted that are not active. Case in point, from time to time a sign is up because the property is coming soon. A property that is in coming-soon status is not yet available and not yet for sale.
