Are you seeking real estate in a particular community?

Listed below you will find a accounting of every subdivision (or condominium) with properties for sale in Woodbridge. The list below is compiled from listings currently available today. This list is revised often to make sure that we're providing timely tallies that you can depend on. The information compiled below is taken directly from the Multiple Listing Service, so there are a couple of quirks to keep in mind.

You may find a subdivision listed more than once.

Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condos) compiled below were all entered into the MLS database by Realtors. Because humans entered the data, there may be spelling errors. Of course sometimes, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a listing has been listed when actually the error was corrected.

Not to mention, there may be some dispute as to what exactly a particular community is called. If there is even one letter of difference between a couple of entries this will be counted separately. Thus, if you really want to get a count, you have to consider all the variations of the subdivision's name. Case in point, Midtown condominiums in Fairfax County are sometimes known as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

"I saw a sign posted but the subdivision isn't listed below."

Is there another name for this specific community?
Of course, for the reason stated above, make sure you double-check all possible variations of the name.
Is the property for lease?
This tally does not include rentals. Therefore, it's possible that the sign you saw posted was for a rental. Also, this list exclusively includes active listings in Woodbridge.
Is the property coming soon?
An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are quite a few listings that have a sign up that are not active. For instance, sometimes a sign is posted because the property is coming soon. A property that is in coming-soon status is not yet available and not yet for sale. Only agents have access to information about properties that are coming-soon. Also, the Multiple Listing Service does not permit us to count those listings in our count. If you want to know about coming-soon listings in a specific neighborhood, you'll have to talk to Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the listing sold?
Furthermore, from time to time that a listing is already under contract when you see the for sale up. Sold notices aren't posted immediately. Also, from time to time that the Realtor is a less than prompt with putting up the under-contract riders. For these reasons, you may see a for sale sign up when a property is not available.
