Listed below you will see a list of each and every subdivision (or condominium) with real estate on the market in Belle View. This list is compiled from active listings today. This list is revised often to make sure that we're supplying timely information which you can count on. The tallies collected below is pulled directly from the MLS database, so there are a few quirks to be aware of.
You may find a subdivision listed multiple times.
Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condominiums) listed below were all put into the MLS database by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there can be typographical errors. Of course sometimes, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a listing has sold when really the listing was updated.
And, there may be some dispute as to what exactly a particular subdivision is named. If there is even one character of difference between a couple of entries this will be listed separately. So, if you really need to get a tally, you should look at all possible variations of the subdivision's name. By way of illustration, Midtown condominiums in Fairfax County are by some people known as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

Is there another name for this particular community?
Of course, for the reason stated above, make sure you watch out for all possible variations of the name.
Is the listing for rent?
This list does not cover rental properties. So, it's possible that the sign you saw posted was for a rental property. In addition, this list
exclusively covers active listings in Belle View.
Is the property coming soon?
An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are quite a few properties that have a sign up that are not
active.
By way of illustration, from time to time a sign is up because the property is
coming soon. A listing that is coming-soon is not
yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents can access to information about properties that are in coming-soon status. Also, the Multiple Listing Service does not allow Nesbitt Realty to include those properties in our count. If you want to know about coming-soon listings in a specific subdivision, you'll have to contact Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the property under-contract?
And, from time to time that a listing is already
under contract when you spot the for sale up. Sold or under-contract signs aren't posted the moment a property settles. And, it happens that the listing agent is a little tardy with putting up the under-contract riders. Because of these reasons, you might see a for sale sign up when a property is not available.
