Listed below you will find a accounting of each subdivision (or condominium) with properties for sale in Baileys Crossroads. The list below is compiled from active listings today. The list below is refreshed every 15 minutes or so to ensure that Nesbitt Realty is supplying fresh data that you can rely on. The tallies listed below is taken directly from the MLS database, so there are some quirks to keep in mind.
You may find a subdivision listed more than once.
Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condos) compiled below were all entered into the MLS database by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there may be typographical errors. Of course sometimes, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a listing has sold when actually the listing was updated.
Not to mention, there may be some disagreement as to what exactly a specific neighborhood is named. If there is even one character of difference between two entries this will be tallied separately. Thus, if you really need to get a count, you have to look at all possible variations of the subdivision's name. For example, Midtown condominiums in Alexandria are sometimes called Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
"I saw a for sale sign posted but the subdivision isn't found below."
Is there a different name for this particular neighborhood?
Naturally, for the reason stated above, make sure you watch out for all typical variations of the name.
Is the property for rent?
This tally does not include rentals. So, it may be that the sign you saw posted was for a rental. Also, this list
only includes listings still for sale in Baileys Crossroads.
Is the listing in coming-soon status?
An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are many listings that have a sign posted that are not
active.
For instance, sometimes a for sale is posted because the property is
coming soon. A listing that is in coming-soon status is not
yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents can access to information about listings that are in coming-soon status. In addition, the MLS database does not allow Nesbitt Realty to include those properties in our count. If you want to know about coming-soon listings in a particular neighborhood, you'll have to talk to us directly.
Is the property sold?
Furthermore, it happens that a listing is already
under contract when you spot the for sale posted. Sold riders aren't posted immediately. Also, it happens that the Realtor is a less than prompt with putting up the under-contract riders. Because of these reasons, it's possible to see a for sale sign posted when a listing is not available.

The arrows at the header below are useful for sorting the subdivisions. Above all, when you arrange by number of active listings, just keep in mind the points above, because those tallies aren't 100% accurate. Still, the data is still useful.
